We ship world wide

Worldwide shipping. Orders ship same day. Sweden 49 SEK, EU €9, Outside EU €20.

Sweden

Within Sweden we offer Postnord tracked delivery for 49 SEK.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been sent. You will receive an SMS or e-mail when the package has been delivered to your nearest Postnord service point.

In Sweden, we normally have a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

 

European Union (EU)

Within the EU we charge €9 (Euro). Your delivery is sent with either UPS or DHL Express.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Within the EU, we normally have a delivery time of 1–3 working days.

 

International / Outside European Union (EU)

Outside the EU, your delivery is sent with UPS or DHL Express at a cost of €20 (Euro).

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Outside the EU, we normally have a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

Any customs fees / import taxes and VAT are paid by the customer.

Returns

We offer a 30-day right of return. The right only applies if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when it was received.

We will issue a full refund once we receive the items back.

Sweden

Within Sweden, we offer free return shipping. Use the enclosed return shipping label to return your order.

EU / International

Outside Sweden, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Please contact us if you need any help sending back your return.

If you are returning outside of the EU. Please contact us at order@vasuma.com  and we will help you with export documentation.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
