VASUMA PRESCRIPTION LENSES PROCESS
1. Choose your frame
Select the Vasuma frame you want to purchase. Select color and size (if applicable).
2. SEARCH FOR OPTICIANS
Scroll down until you see the search field. Enter your city, address, or postal code to find opticians near you. Select the optician you want to use by clicking on it in the list. Your chosen optician will then appear as “Selected optician".
3. Add to cart & book optician
After selecting an optician, click "Add to cart & book optician".
When you click this button:
- The frame is added to your shopping cart
- The selected optician is linked to your order
No additional steps are required at this stage.
4. Proceed to checkout
Continue to checkout as usual.
During checkout:
- The selected optician is shown together with your order
5. Order confirmation
After completing your purchase:
- The selected optician is shown on the order confirmation page
- The selected optician is included in your order confirmation email
Your purchase is completed with Vasuma, under the same terms and conditions as any other Vasuma order.
6. Contact from the optician
After your purchase, Vasuma shares your contact details and frame information with the selected optician.
The optician will then contact you to:
- Schedule a visit at the optician for prescription lenses
- Book an eye exam, if required
- Discuss and prepare lens options (such as lens type, tint or other specifications) based on what is agreed with you
The details and timing are agreed directly between you and the optician.
Summary
- You select a frame
- You select an optician
- You add the frame to cart and complete checkout
- The optician contacts you after purchase
No additional actions are required from you.
Important to know
- Vasuma sells frames only
- Vasuma does not sell prescription lenses or perform eye examinations
- All pricing, appointments and lens choices are handled directly between you and the optician
- Selecting an optician does not add extra steps to checkout
