CAPSULE
NEON NOIR
NEON NOIR explores the tension between neon light and hard daylight, capturing Tokyo’s layered energy in bold, sculptural form.
Two frames. One perspective.
Captured in Tokyo’s shifting light, where neon reflections meet hard daylight and the city moves in constant layers. Glass, steel and shadow collide, creating a rhythm that feels both controlled and unpredictable. NEON NOIR translates that tension into form. Handcrafted in Fukui from dense Japanese acetate, each frame carries weight, precision and a clear sense of intent.
A balance between energy and structure.
Bold in presence, exact in execution.
DESIGN & CAPSULE PHILOSOPHY
Inspired by Tokyo at the intersection of light and shadow. Where neon pulses against a backdrop of rigid architecture, creating sharp contrasts and a unique visual tension. NEON NOIR is a tribute to that energy, a collection where Japanese precision meets an uncompromising aesthetic.
We’ve stripped away the noise to focus on two distinct silhouettes: Tan Racer and Whiptale. These aren't just accessories; they are handmade objects built with a certain gravity. The silhouettes are bold, the proportions are deliberate, and every line serves a purpose.
A focused release. Two frames. Defined by presence.
A focused release, stripped of excess.
Just two frames, defined by presence.

Whiptale and Tan Racer in Tokyo. Raw, unpolished, defined by light, color and attitude.

CRAFT & MATERIAL
Handmade in Fukui, Japan - one of the most respected regions in the world for eyewear production. Each frame is crafted using high-density Japanese acetate, selected for its depth, durability, and ability to hold sharp, sculptural forms.
The process is precise and time-intensive. From cutting and shaping to polishing and finishing, every step is handled with care to ensure balance, strength, and consistency. The weight of the material is intentional, giving each frame a solid, controlled feel.
Produced in limited quantities, with a focus on quality over scale.
No shortcuts. No compromise.

THE FRAMES
Two distinct silhouettes, each with a clear expression.
Whiptale features a sharp, sculpted front with deep lines and a slightly wrapped shape. The construction is compact but substantial, with thick temples that reinforce its structured look. A frame that feels controlled and precise.
Tan Racer takes a more oversized approach. A wider front, softer curves, and a heavier build create a strong visual presence. The deep burgundy acetate paired with violet lenses adds contrast and depth, shifting depending on the light.
Both frames are defined by volume, clean lines, and a deliberate use of material.
Built to stand out — without excess detail.

Density, depth and definition - built to stand out in every sense.
